MLK Gym Four weeks class for beginners looking to learn the basics and will feature variety of techniques to quickly improve your Pickleball abilities. Each week our instructors will focus on a different skill, while utilizing the prior weeks’ lessons. Each lesson will include a supervised game to help you recognize improvement opportunities. Bring your own paddle. Class Agenda: - 4 Week class, one hour per week. - Teaching each class 30-40% of time- new Pickleball features, playing under supervision balance of time. - Week 1- Pickleball rules, warm -up and basic strokes. - Week 2- Volley rules and forehand - Week 3- Serving and backhand - Week 4 – Drop shots, lob, pouching
